Welcome to VACE!

The Virginia Association of Colleges and Employers facilitates connections, communication, and networking between employers who hire college students and alumni, the career services staff who serve those students, and the associate members who serve the profession.



What does leadership look like beyond a title? It’s the ability to influence, collaborate, build meaningful relationships, and create positive change, regardless of your role or where you work.

As we plan the VACE 2027 Conference, we are exploring a leadership-focused theme that reflects the impact we can make when higher education professionals and employer partners come together to share ideas, strengthen connections, and shape the future of career development and talent preparation.

Membership

VACE will begin accepting membership renewals and new member applications for the July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 membership year soon.  

Membership Types

Institutional Memberships - available for College, Employer, and Associate/Vendor Members

If your organization has two or more members of VACE, you can sign up for our  institutional membership option, saving you money on each person who joins.

Membership Prices:

  • 1 member: $75
  • 2-3 members: $140
  • 4-6 members: $280
  • 7-9 members: $475
  • 10-15 members: $650
  • 16+ members: $850
