Fall Job and Internship Fair 2026 - All Career Industries

The Fall Job & Internship Fair returns to the University of Virginia this semester as our largest all-industries recruiting event, bringing together employers from corporate, government, education, and non-profit sectors with students from every school, major, and class year.
Strategically positioned in the middle of the fall semester, the fair offers organizations an opportunity to launch or expand their recruiting efforts as students refine their internship and full-time search priorities. With representation from a wide variety of academic backgrounds, experiences, and career interests, this event creates a dynamic environment for broad talent engagement across the UVA student community.
During the course of the event, students will:
- Meet employers from a wide range of industries and organizational types
- Explore internship and full-time opportunities across diverse career pathways
- Learn directly from recruiters and professionals about hiring needs, recruiting timelines, and organizational culture
- Build confidence engaging in career conversations while expanding their understanding of opportunities beyond their primary field of study
