Institutional Memberships - available for College, Employer, and Associate/Vendor Members
If your organization has two or more members of VACE, you can sign up for insitutional membership option. The institutional option saves money on each person who joins.

If your organization has two or more members of VACE, you can sign up for our institutional membership option, saving you money on each person who joins.
Membership Prices:
- 1 member: $75
- 2-3 members: $140
- 4-6 members: $280
- 7-9 members: $475
- 10-15 members: $650
- 16+ members: $850
Membership dues are for the period of July 1 to June 30
College Membership
Representatives who are engaged in providing career services and other related functions at a degree granting college or university located in Virginia, adjacent states, and the District of Columbia and accredited by the Southern or Middle States Associations of Colleges and Schools. Such members can vote, hold office, and must pay annual membership dues.
Employer Membership
Representatives who are engaged in the college relations or the recruitment selection of students within their own organization. Such members can vote, hold office, and must pay annual membership dues.
Associate/Vendor Membership
Representatives of organizations whose purpose is to provide service to/of career services and/or human resources and/or staffing functions OR individuals, who previously held membership, have a continued interest in recruitment/hiring, and whose membership is not in violations of membership laws. Also, whose role is complementary to and supportive of the purpose of VACE, but who do not meet the criteria for other categories of membership. Such members shall not vote or hold office, but may serve on committees and must pay annual membership dues.
Student Membership
Individuals who are students pursuing an advanced degree in preparation for a career in career services, recruiting, and/or human resources. Membership in this classification will terminate upon graduation from their program. Such members shall not vote or hold office, but may serve on committees and must pay annual membership dues.
If you have been a member in the past and are looking to renew please log in. *Please note, only the key contact for your organization can renew your institutional membership. If that person has changed for your organization please contact askvace@gmail.com
If you are adding a new institutional membership please review the following steps:
- Fill out the form below
- You will be sent an email invoice for the institutional membership fee and another with your password *your application will need to be approved by an administrator and/or payment will need to be received in full before your membership is activated

Once the invoice is paid – and the application is approved – you'll receive an activation email, and you can start adding members to your bundle. Other new members in your institutional memberships SHOULD NOT create an account as existing members cannot be added to an institutional membership.
- Within the Bundle summary section of your Profile page, click the Add member button
- Complete the membership application form on behalf of the person you want to add as a bundle member.
- Click Save.
- The new bundle member's record now appears. To return to your profile, click the Return to bundle list and your own profile link.
