Positioned in the middle of the fall semester, this event allows employers to build early connections with students exploring internships and full-time roles while maintaining momentum with candidates already engaged in the recruiting process.

Event Format:
This is a fully virtual, session-based event hosted on Handshake. Students will sign up in advance for scheduled sessions with your team, including:
- One-on-one sessions for individualized conversations with students
- Group sessions to share an overview of your organization, roles, and recruiting process
Following registration approval, you will receive instructions to create your session schedule within Handshake. Please note that students can only sign up to meet with your team once sessions have been created, so we encourage employers to build their schedules early to maximize visibility and engagement.
