On-Grounds Intelligence and Security Career Day 2026

The Intelligence & Security Career Day provides organizations with the opportunity to engage with UVA students from a wide variety of majors and class years who are interested in careers related to intelligence, national security, consulting, government, risk analysis, cybersecurity, and related fields.
This networking-focused event allows employers to:
- Build early brand awareness and recruiting connections with UVA students
- Share information about internships, full-time roles, and career pathways within intelligence and security related industries
- Discuss topics such as security clearances, government hiring processes, technical and analytical skillsets, and navigating opportunities across the public and private sectors
- Engage students in meaningful career conversations while helping them strengthen professional networking skills and recruiting readiness
Organizations with strong ties to intelligence and security related work are also encouraged to request participation in the separate Intelligence & Security Resume Review Session taking place earlier that morning. Please note that participation in the Resume Review Session is not automatically included with Career Day registration and interested organizations will hear directly from the UVA Career Center team regarding availability and next steps.
