Tired of scrolling through resumes? Want to meet top-notch talent with the click of a button?

Join us virtually on October 28, 2026 from 3 to 6 p.m. EST for the 2026 Women's Colleges & Universities Virtual Career Fair. By participating, you will gain access to a diverse, multi-faceted, and deep talent network: Over 15,000 students spanning 12 reputable institutions. Please read the WCU 2026 Mission Statement before registering.

You have the flexibility to host 1:1 (15 or 20 minutes) and/or group sessions (20, 30, or 45 minutes)! You can interview for internship and full time opportunities, provide informational overviews of your programs/organizations, lead a career skill-based workshop, educate students about your industry, and more!

Your organization can offer as many group or individual sessions as you have capacity for. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to customize the meeting times for each group and individual session within the scheduled time frame (3 to 6 p.m.)

Longwood Teacher Recruitment Day (29 Oct 2026)

Join us to meet Longwood education majors of all levels to discuss career opportunities, openings, and the advantages of working for your district.

Teacher Recruitment Fair will run from 1:00-4:00 pm. Check-in and set-up will open at 10:00 am and lunch will be provided from 11:00 am- 1:00 pm.

If school districts are interested in hosting on-site interview, the interview period will run from 4:15-5:45pm, and schools are able to decide individually both if they want to host on-site interviews and, if so, how to schedule them.

JMU Hospitality and Sport & Recreation Management Career and Internship Fair (4 Nov 2026)

This fair is for companies who are within the Hospitality and Sport & Recreation Management industry who hire for roles within those spaces. For employers with internships, they must meet the requirements to qualify for HART credit.

VMI 2027 Spring Career & Internship Fair (10 Feb 2027)

VMI is consistently ranked by multiple sources such as Forbes, Money magazine, U.S. News and World Report, and the Brookings Institute as a top institution nationally whose graduates enjoy considerable career success. VMI has produced 11 Rhodes Scholars and hundreds of corporate, governmental, and military leaders with strong interest in public service. VMI is an exceptional source for high quality internship and employment candidates.

Employer registration is open Friday October 23 at 8am through Friday November 6 at 4pm. To better align employer hiring needs with the internship and job-seeking interests of our cadets, registration is NOT first-come, first-served. We are accepting interested employers from all industries through an open registration and subsequent selection process. Employers will be notified by Friday November 13th regarding selection. Those not selected will have the option to join the waitlist and/or select a Workforce Tuesday for the fall (prior to opening the series to all other employers). After the open registration period, available spaces will be limited based on employer industries.
