This committee is responsible for
requesting nominations from the membership for Board positions that
will become vacant. Nominees will be considered based on criteria,
qualifications, and leadership to assure a diverse representation on
the Board. As slate of candidates will be prepared and presented to
the current Board of Directors for approval, and subsequently to the
membership for elections. The slate shall be announced to the
membership prior to elections, electronically, by mail, fax, and/or
the newsletter. This will take place late winter in order for the
incoming president to prepare the incoming Board for the subsequent
year.
