This committee will advise the Board
and Director of Finance in planning and achieving financial
objectives to insure the sound operation and growth of VACE. As
directed by the Board, the Finance Committee will analyze
environmental conditions affecting the financial status of VACE and
offer specific recommendations in areas including budgeting,
investments, long-range planning, revenue enhancement, expense
reduction and other areas, as necessary, to promote the fiduciary
viability of VACE. The Director of Finance shall be an ex-officio
member of the Finance Committee.
